Renovation – 200sqm Milan

City Life currently represents one of the most attractive areas of the new Milan, a city capable of juxtaposing the most historic and representative buildings with true oases of urban regeneration where the quality of contemporary living is exalted. It is within this innovative urban context, on the ground floor of one of the towers designed by Daniel Libeskind, that the new residence of the well-known influencer couple Beatrice Valli and Marco Fantini is located.

Our design studio’s intervention was aimed at enhancing the interior spaces through a distribution system that, in addition to interpreting the functional needs of the young couple and their four children, was capable of supporting the geometry of the peculiar external building envelope, enhancing its intrinsic qualities.

Hence a design that tends to exalt the large volumes through the creation of a fluid space capable of expanding on several fronts of the building and catching the light at different times of day.
