The building work has involved the general re-development of a former farmhouse and its annexes for residential and tourist accommodation purposes.
The proximity to the lake and in particular to the tourist centre of Peschiera del Garda makes this residential complex of considerable interest for those who want to enjoy the opportunities of the place by favouring confidentiality and relaxation.
With this objective, in addition to the restoration and functional redistribution of the main building, the recovery of the annexes and the creation of a swimming pool capable of enhancing the environmental context have also been of paramount importance.
A new concept of hospitality based on the quality of the hospitality itself – this aspect has required particular attention to architectural details, living comforts and the relationship with nature which is also experienced through the design of the new ways the outdoor spaces may be enjoyed.
