The project envisages the complete redevelopment of the farm on a vast area of Tuscan hills, which will allow the construction of a large residence with a number of accessory volumes and a first-rate agritourism structure around which there will be accessory rooms for activities related to personal well-being, culinary traditions, and sport. The project buildings will therefore be: a farmhouse, a pool house with an infinity pool overlooking the valley, a farmhouse with an infinity pool, and finally the caretaker’s house.
All the works planned for the renovation of the various buildings will be carried out with the primary objective of enhancing the historic characteristics of each individual building, preserving, where possible, all the pre-existing construction components and using intervention techniques compatible with the historic components of each individual building.<\/p>\n
