Extension and Renovation of a Private Villa – 600 sq.m Florence

Here there is a wide-ranging intervention aimed at the total aesthetic and functional recovery of a large villa of the 1970’s undertaken by means of a complete redistribution of the interior spaces, a new design of the elevations and finishing materials with the addition of volumetric extensions for the realisation, in the basement, of a large fitness room adjoining the new swimming pool with an infinity side facing the valley and placed perpendicular to the contour lines. The design involved the building as a whole and underlined the important role given to the study of the entirety of the project.
