The building work concerns a villa located in one of the most prestigious hills in Florence on the slopes of S. Miniato al Monte, built in the early 1900’s for a Russian Prince and subsequently divided into apartments. The project is developed into two distinct phases, the first of which concerns the complete renovation and interior study of the residence located on the main floor; the second consists instead of the restoration of the facade of the entire building and in the restoration and enhancement of the ornamental fountain placed at its base through the inclusion of back-lit alabaster plates.
